Data Deletion Instructions for Talent Lawn Apps

At TalentLawn, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from any of our platforms, please follow the instructions below.

 Social.talentlawn.com (Social Platform)

Users: Candidates, job seekers, and community members.

Data Deletion Steps:

Log in to your profile at https://social.talentlawn.com.

Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile.

Scroll down and click Settings.

Under the Account tab, click Delete My Account.

Check the acknowledgment box: “I understand that all my posts, messages, and profile data will be permanently removed.”

Click Confirm Deletion.

 

Note: Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, likes, and direct messages. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for platform performance analysis.

Alternative method:
Send an email to privacy@talentlawn.com from the email address associated with your social account, stating: “Please delete all data associated with my Social.TalentLawn account.”

 


 

3. Vcard.talentlawn.com (Digital Business Card Platform)

Users: Professionals using digital business cards.

Data Deletion Steps:

Log in at https://vcard.talentlawn.com

 

Go to My Cards from the dashboard.

Select the card you wish to delete.

Click on the three dots (…) menu and choose Delete Card.

To delete your entire account and all cards:

Go to Account Settings → Data Management.

Click Delete Entire Account & All Cards.

Enter your password and confirm.

 

Note: Deleting a single card removes its URL, design, and contact data. Deleting your account removes all cards and your login credentials. This action is irreversible within 7 days (grace period applies).

Request via email (for account deletion without login):


Email privacy@talentlawn.com from your registered email address with the subject: “Card.TalentLawn Account Deletion Request” and include your full name and registered phone number (if applicable).

 


 

Important Information for All Platforms

Retention Periods

Active data: Deleted within 7–30 days depending on platform.

Backups: Residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which it is fully overwritten.

Legal obligations: Data required for legal compliance (e.g., tax records for paid services) will be retained for the minimum legally required period and then deleted.

Automated Deletion via API (for enterprise customers)

If you need to delete data programmatically, contact our support team at api@talentlawn.com for API documentation on the GDPR/CCPA-compliant deletion endpoints.

Verification

For security, we may ask for proof of identity (e.g., a reply from your registered email or a government ID for sensitive data deletion requests).

Data Inquiries

If you only want to view or export your data (not delete it), please request a Data Export instead.
